1. Lay out the trampoline frame. Lay the
4 frame bars in a circle with the drilled holes facing up. Lay the 4 legs to
align with the inserts on frame bars. One joint should be
centered on each leg. |
| |
 |
|
2. Taking a leg, place one end into the corresponding frame insert. Repeat for all legs, so each will have 1 frame bar connected to it.
3. Work your way around the frame fitting the remaining leg ends into the frame inserts. |
| |
 |
|
4. Join the frame bars together to close the circle.
5. Open up and lay the trampoline mat on the ground inside the frame. |
| |
 |
|
6. Place a spring into a triangle with the hook facing down. Grab
hold of the spring at the end closest to the frame and pull back using
the weight of your body. You may need to twist the spring slightly while
pulling to ensure the hook faces down when attaching to the frame.
7. Counting every 10th triangle, and every 10th hole, repeat
Step 6. |
| |
 |
|
8. When Step 7 is complete, work your way around the
trampoline a 2nd time, hooking up every 10th spring next to
the springs already in place. Continue to work around the
trampoline attaching every 10th spring until all springs are attached. |
| |
 |
|
9. Lay the safety pads on top of the springs. To attach the
safety pads, align one of the loops on the underside with a
spring. Unhook the spring, pass it through the loop and rehook
the spring. Remember to hold the spring correctly when pulling.
10. Finish attaching safety pads by fastening Velcro loops
around the frame bars. WARNING: At no time is the trampoline to
be used without safety pads.
11. Attach the safety plaque with the plastic ties included.
The plaque must be mounted in a highly visible location.
