1. Lay out the trampoline frame. Making a square, lay the
2 long bars parallel to each other and the 2 short bars parallel to each other. Lay the corner sections to complete the square.
Note: The bars are different lengths due to the way the trampoline mat stretches width wise. |
| |
 |
|
2. Taking a leg/corner section, shove bar TIGHT against leg. Repeat for all bars until frame is complete.
Note: The last bar and leg/corner section may not snap together fully until trampoline is completely setup. Try to bang it together with your hand as you set it up. |
| |
 |
|
3. Open up and lay the trampoline mat/bed on the ground inside the frame with shiny side down (dull side up). The two seams in the mat MUST run PARALLEL to the SHORT BARS.
4. Place 1 black strap next to each corner joint where the pipe is 1.5". Each corner piece will have
2 black straps. Wrap straps under the bar and through the loop. Pull to make the straps snug for hooking on the springs. |
| |
 |
|
5. Install springs onto each of the 8 black straps.
First, hook the spring into the jumping mat with the hook facing
down. Grab hold of the spring at the end closest to the frame
and pull back using the weight of your body. You may need to
twist the spring slightly while pulling to ensure the hook faces
down when attaching to the strap. Hook up all 8 black straps and springs. |
| |
 |
|
6. Next, attach 4 green straps to each of the
8
corners on the 2" pipe. Hook the springs as explained in
Step 5. This procedure MUST be done correctly to evenly spread the
tension on the springs throughout trampoline setup. |
| |
 |
|
7. When Step 6 is complete, continue around the trampoline
attaching straps and springs in sets of three next to each of
the 8 corner sections until all springs are attached. |
| |
| |
|
8. How do we attach the newer mats?
9. Attach the safety plaque with the plastic ties included.
The plaque must be mounted in a highly visible location.
